What we do
Quota Club of Redcliffe Inc. is a not-for-profit organisation supporting women and children in the local community. We seek individuals committed to sharing their time, talents and resources to meet the Club's service goals, serving our community and developing good fellowship and friendship.
Making a Difference
We assist many different organisations within the community of Redcliffe and surrounds through our major projects.
In 2021-2022 helping State Schools in the community to install Soundfield Systems in classrooms to assist deaf and hard of hearing students, whilst also helping all students to hear and teachers to save their voices.
The Major Project for 2023 and 2024, we are committed to assisting Chameleon House, a local organisation providing mentoring and housing for homeless youth.
In 2025, the club is comtributing to The Forgotten Women's Project. The project mission is to put a roof over the heads of as many of these vulnerable women as possible. This project is a unique, grassroots housing initiative for homeless women over 55 that will allow women to age in place with dignity and security.

Serving the Community
As a service club, our mission is rooted in giving back to our community, supporting those in need, and creating meaningful change through shared effort.

Service clubs often organise events, collaborate with local groups, support underrepresented groups, and respond to community needs in meaningful and practical ways.
In addition to the service work, the clubs provide members with opportunities for personal development, leadership experience, networking, and building lasting friendships through shared values and teamwork.

Social Activities
As a club, we recognise the importance of socialising together and making time for enjoyment. While we are committed to our service work and the broader community, we also understand that building strong personal connections within the group is just as important.
We are a group of women who genuinely support one another, offering encouragement, kindness, and a listening ear when needed. Our shared experiences—both in service and in friendship—create a warm and welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and included. Whether it’s through organised events, casual catch-ups, or moments of laughter during meetings, we take pride in cultivating a sense of belonging and camaraderie.
Friendship is at the heart of what we do, and it strengthens our club in every way.
We have a monthly social activity which includes:
-
Coffee in a local café
-
Visits to the theatre
-
Trips to local attractions
-
Local cruises and bus trips
In addition, we have social events that are also fund raisers for the club including:
-

-
